Once the patient is prescribed ISHI™, who is responsible for getting the ISHI™ devices Health Kit to the patient and accessing the optional App?

At this time, patients cannot directly subscribe to ISHI™. ISHI™ program has to be prescribed for the patient by the physician.

Once the patient is prescribed ISHI™, who is responsible for getting the ISHI™ devices Health Kit to the patient and access to APP?

ISHI recommends transmitting readings once daily unless special circumstances prevent transmission or as otherwise instructed by your clinical care team.

Do patients need Wifi or Bluetooth connection?

Your measurements from the devices provided are transmitted via cellular technology to a HIPAA secure cloud. Analytics are performed and conveyed back to you, as well as your clinical care team.
